MCA vide notification no. S.O.1933(E) Dated 01.06.2016 in exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Government constituted the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal for hearing appeals against the orders of the National Company Law Tribunal w.e.f. 01.06.2016.
