He is member of the Institute since 1989. He is also a Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He has developed vast expertise in various facets of Corporate Laws and related advisory services, including strategic planning, corporate restructuring, and other procedural and allied matters. He has also completed Post Graduate Professional Course in Financial Technologies (FinTech) from SP Jain School of Global Management. He is well versed in dealing with various regulatory authorities like Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), Company Law Board (CLB), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Stock Exchanges, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Central Government, etc. He is also appointed as a Peer Reviewer by the Peer Review Board of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. |
 | Ms. Ashwini Desale – Partner B.Com, FCS, LL.B. Ms. Ashwini Desale is a Bachelor of Commerce & Law from Mumbai University and a Fellow Member of the ICSI since 2020, is another Partner of the Firm. She is member of the Institute since 2010. She is having total working experience of 15 years, out of which 11 years post CS experience. She is responsible for looking after major clients. Besides, she is involved in the overall functioning and management of the Firm. Her expertise lies in the field of Corporate & Securities Laws, FEMA Matters with focus on Securities related transactions under FDI, ODI, and ECB, General Corporate Advisory, Compliance and Attestation Services, Formation and Advisory of LLPs, Incorporation of Companies including Section 8 Companies, and other Corporate Compliance, Due Diligence, and Audits.
