NCLT vide order no. 25/2/2016 dated 29.07.2016 in exercise of powers conferred on Hon. President vide Rule 19 NCLT Rules, 2016, have delegated the functions of Registrar, NCLT (as in Rule 17 of NCLT Rules, 2016) to various Officers for the benches. The Officers shall carry out the functions of the Registrar till further orders.

Further, it is also clarified that cases of erstwhile CLB & new cases will be dealt/filed before Benches where territorial jurisdiction falls, except cases specifically assigned to Principal Bench, New Delhi.
