NCLT vide order no. 25/2/2016 dated 29.07.2016 with reference earlier Order dt. 22.07.2016 directing requirement of filing petitions / applications / documents in Triplicate before all benches, it is further directed that all petitioners/applicants of pending matters under CLB are required to file 2 more complete sets of case file before 2 days of scheduled hearing.
It has been also decided by the order that w.e.f. 1st August, 2016, cause list containing erstwhile CLB cases or new matters will be mentioned in running without mentioning any specific timings.
