MCA vide Notice on Wednesday, 1st February, 2017, with reference to the previous Notice on 25.01.2017, new version of revised Form SPICe (INC-32) with inclusion of mandatory application for PAN & TAN is available for download & making fresh incorporation application w.e.f. 1st February, 2017.
Also to be noted that, after uploading Form SPICe, system generated Form 49A & 49 B for PAN & TAN will be displayed which is to be uploaded on MCA Portal within 2 days of filing of SPICe, else Form SPICe will be marked as ‘Not to be Taken on Record’. Fees for PAN is Rs.107 & TAN is Rs.63.
