MCA vide Notice on Thursday, 18th May, 2017, stated that e-form Form 24LLP is being revised to incorporate changes relating to Rule 37 of the LLP Rules, 2009 containing ‘modification of exit formalities’ for LLPs.
The corresponding notification along with the modified form is likely to be deployed on the portal for filing purposes w.e.f 20th May 2017.
