MCA vide notification no. G.S.R_____ (E) on Saturday, 20th January, 2018 issued Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2018 by amending the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 to include the changes regarding Name Reservation system (“RUN”), Application of Incorporation of Company and fees for Incorporation of Companies.
