MCA vide notification no. S.O _____(E) on Tuesday, 23rd January, 2018 have appointed 26th January, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of section 1 (powers to notify sections of the Act) and 4 (Name reservation/change) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 shall come into force.
