MCA Vide Notification No. SO.3791(E) on 22nd October, 2019 notified the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs at Manesar (Haryana), as an institute to create and maintain a data bank containing names, addresses and qualifications of persons who are eligible and willing to act as independent directors.
This notification comes into force with effect from the 1st December, 2019
