MCA has granted the following extensions for name reservation and resubmission of forms.
- In case, the name reserved for a new Company or LLP expires between 15th March 2020 to 31st July, then extension of 20 days beyond 31st July, 2020 is given. However, for existing company, extension of 60 days beyond 31st July is given.
- In case the last date of resubmission of forms for a Company or LLP falls between 15th March 2020 to 31st July, extension of 15 days beyond 31st July is given. It also includes IEPF Non-STP e-Forms (IEPF3, IEPF-5 and IEPF-7)
- In case last date of filing IEPF-5 i.e. e-Verification Report (for both Normal as well as Resubmission filing) falls between 15th March 2020 to 31st July, it would be allowed to file the form till 30th Sep 2020.
