MCA on 1st February, 2016, Monday has posted on its website, most awaited Report of the Company Law Committee, February, 2016.

The Company Law Committee has set up on the 4th June, 2015, to make recommendations to the Government on issues arising from the implementation of the Companies Act, 2013 as well as on the recommendations received from the Bankruptcy Law Reforms Committee, the High Court Committee level on CSR, the Law commission and the other agencies.

The Company Law Committee presented their views on the issues arising from implementation of the Companies Act, 2013 and related matters, by recommendations proposing Amendments to the Act and the Rules.
