MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R….(E) on Tuesday, 19th July, 2016, has notified the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Third Amendment Rules, 2016 by which existing principal rules (4), (8), (12), (13), (15) and (18) has been amended, which shall came into effect from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
