MCA vide Notification No. S.O. 2463(E) on Tuesday, 19th July, 2016, the Central Government in supersession of the Notification no. G.S.R. 59 dt. 06.01.1959 has directed that the requirement of Section 381(1)(a) of the Act shall apply to a foreign company which is an Airlines Company having a share capital subject to the certain exceptions and modifications, which shall came into effect from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
