SEBI vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/DCR1/CIR/P/2017/22 on Wednesday, 15th March, 2017 has revised the format and general instructions for submitting Draft Letter of Offer with SEBI under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulation, 2011, in line with the provisions relating to maintenance of records under the Companies Act, 2013. This shall be applicable to all the offers where draft letter of offer is filed with SEBI after the date of this Circular.
