MCA vide Notification no. 1371(E) on Tuesday dt. 7th November, 2017 issued the Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2017 to amend the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014. The Notification shall come into force w.e.f date of publication in the Official Gazette i.e. 7th November, 2017.
The Notification amends the e-form AOC-4 (Filing of financial statements and other documents with the Registrar).
