MCA Vide Notification No. G.S.R. 557(E) on Tuesday, 12^th June, 2018 has issued Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2018 to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 wherein; in Rule 10;-

Sub-rule (1) shall be substituted and;
In sub-rule (4), clause (i), shall be substituted.
