MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R-__(E) on Tuesday, 12^th June, 2018 issued Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 wherein, Form DIR-3 and Form DIR-6 shall be substituted.
