MCA Vide Notification No. G.S.R.__(E) on Tuesday, 7^th August, 2018 has issued Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Second Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014 wherein;

1. Rule 14 shall be Substituted which pertains to Private Placement.
2. In the Annexure, Form PAS-4 shall be Substituted.
3. in Form PAS-5, for the brackets, words and figures “(Section 42(7) and Rule 14(3) of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014)”, the brackets, words and figures “[see rule 14(4)]” shall be substituted.
