MCA vide General Circular No. 08/2015 dated 12th June, 2015, extended the time for filing of Form CRA 2 & CRA 4 without additional fees, as there was delay in availability of the e-versions of the same.

• Form CRA2 : Form of intimation of appointment of Cost Auditor by the Company to Central Government, is to be filied with in 30 days of Board Meeting in which such appointment is made.

However MCA now clarified that due to delay in availability of the e-form, payment of additional fees for filing beyond 30 days for FY starting 01st April, 2015 is waived off till 30th June, 2015.  

• Form CRA4 : Form for filing Cost Audit Report with the Central Government, is to be filed with in 30 days of the receipt of the same from the Cost Auditor.

However MCA now clarified that due to delay in availability of the e-form, payment of additional fees for filing beyond 30 days for FY starting 01st April, 2015 is waived off till 31st August, 2015.
