MCA vide Notification dated 12th June, 2015 amended the Cost Record and Audit Rules, wherein the formats of the following Forms have been revised:

• Forms CRA 2: Form for Intimation of Appointment of Cost Auditor by the Company to Central Government
• Form CRA 4: Form for filing Cost Audit Report with the Central Government.
