MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. 1218(E) on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 has issued Companies (Registration of Charges) Second Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Registration of Charges) Rules, 2014 wherein; in the Companies (Registration of Charges) Rules, 2014, the ‘Form No.CHG-4’, shall be substituted.
