MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. 1219(E) on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 has issued Companies (Incorporation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, wherein;
- after rule 23, “rule 23A which pertains to Declaration at the time of commencement of business” shall be inserted.
- after rule 39,
- “rule 40 which pertains to Application under sub-section (41) of section 2 for change in financial year;
- rule 41 which pertains to Application under section 14 for conversion of public company into private company;
- after Form No.INC-20, in annexure, Form INC-20A for filing declaration for commencement of business shall be inserted
- after form No. INC-25, Form INC-25A for Advertisement to be published in the newspaper for conversion of public company into a private company, shall be inserted;
- after form No.INC-34,
- Form No.RD-1 for Form for filing application to Regional Director, and;
- Form GNL-5 for filing Addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness, shall be inserted.”
