Vide MCA Notification No. GSR.59 (E) on 30/01/2020 Central Government in exercise of powers conferred by Sec 67(1) of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 has made provisions of Section 460 of Companies Act, 2013 applicable to LLP with effect from 1st February, 2020.
