MCA Vide Notification No. GSR.80(E) Dated 03/02/2020 issued The National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment) Rules,2020 to further amend National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 which has come into force with the following amendment:
- After Rule 80, the following Rule is inserted-
“80A – Application under section 230: An application under subsection (12) of section 230 may be made in Form NCLT-1 and shall be accompanied with such documents as are mentioned in Annexure 8.”
- The following addition is made to the Schedule of Fees –
