MCA vide notification no. GSR.169(E) on 12/03/2020 issued Companies (Incorporation) 2nd Amendment Rules, 2020 to further amend Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 wherein –
- In the Annexure of the said Rules, in the Form INC 28, in serial no. 5, in clause (a) after sub-clause (ii), the following sub-clause (iii) is inserted :
- “(iii) Section of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2O 16 under which order passed”.
