MCA vide notification no. GSR.170(E) on 12/03/2020 issued Companies (Registration offices and fees) 2^nd Amendment Rules, 2020 to further amend Companies (Registration offices and fees) Rules, 2014 wherein –

• In the Annexure of the said Rules, in the Form No. GNL-2:
• In Serial No. 3, after item number “Form 159 of the Companies (Court) Rules,1959”, the following item is inserted, namely –

“Filing under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016”.

• After the 1^st Verification column, the following is inserted –

“Particulars of the person signing and submitting the form

                                                                                                                       ”
