As per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 dated June 05, 2020, no application will be allowed to file for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against a corporate debtor for any default arising on or after 25th March, 2020 for a period of Six months or such specified period as may be notified.
