In reference to MCA Circular No. 11 dated 11th May, 20020, MCA has issued further clarification on the extension of the relaxation on dispatch of notice. It is clarified that the inability of the listed company to dispatch the notice referred to in Section 62(2) of CA, 2013 to their shareholders through post or courier would not be viewed as violation of Section 62(2) of the act for the right issue opening up to 31st December, 2020.
