MCA vide Notice on Saturday, 1st October, 2016, stated that Form-3 for ‘Information with regard to LLP agreement and changes, if any’ is required to be filed mandatorily within 30 days of incorporation and also before filing of Form 8 (Statement of Account & Solvency) and Form 11 (Annual Return of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).
