The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, have issued draft guidelines on the 2 Secretarial Standards ie Secretarial Standards on Meetings of Board (SS1) & Secretarial Standards on General Meeting (SS2).
The Institute has also invited comments of the stakeholders on the same; which are to be given on or before 05/11/2015 at the email id: ssb@icsi.edu; in the following format:
