MCA Vide Circular No. 02/2020 on 30.01.2020, informed that Forms AoC-4 NBFC and AoC-4 CFS NBFC are likely to be deployed 31.01.2020 and 17.02.2020 respectively and extended the last date of filing of these forms for the FY 2018-19, without payment of additional fee, till 31.O3.2O2O.
