MCA vide Corrigendum No. GSR.150 on 02/03/2020 made changes to Notification no. GSR.114(E) dated 14/02/2020 wherein, at page 2, in line 9, for “rule 23A” is to be read as “rule 23A and first proviso to rule 23B”.
