MCA vide Notice on Friday 26th August, 2016 amended C&I taxonomy, for filing in AOC-4 (XBRL) to include mandatory CSR / CARO related details and other changes. The revised draft business rules along with the change sheet & Taxonomy(2016) is available on MCA Portal.
The same shall be used for filing annual financial statements in respect of financial years commencing on or after 01.04.2014.
All are requested to check the latest update on the availability of validation tool on the portal and plan filing accordingly.
