MCA vide Notice on Sunday, 27^th November, 2016, stated that Forms SPICe MoA INC-33 & SPICe AoA INC-34 have been revised w.e.f. 27^th November, 2016 on MCA21 Company Forms page.

It is advised to download the latest version before filing.
