MCA vide Notice on Friday, 31^st March, 2017, stated that e-form STK-2 for Application by Company to RoC for Removing its Name from Register of Companies u/s 248 of the Companies Act, 2013 is likely to be available w.e.f. 5^th April, 2017 on MCA21 Forms page.
