MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. (E) on Friday, 9th September, 2016 in exercise of powers conferred u/s 442 of Companies Act, 2013; the Central Government notified Companies (Mediation & Conciliation) Rules, 2016 shall come into force w.e.f. 9th September, 2016.
