MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. 355(E) on Wednesday, 12th April, 2017 notified Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Amendment Rules, 2017 which shall come into force from the date of publication in Official Gazette.
Vide said notification a proviso has been inserted in Rule 7(1) stating that Public Notice by ROC to be published in English & vernacular newspaper in respect of cases falling u/s 248(1) of the Act shall be in Form No. STK – 5A. Also the format of Form No. STK – 5A has been inserted in the Rules vide said notification.
