MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R….(E) on Thursday, 14th July, 2016, has notified the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Amendment Rules, 2016 by which existing rule (2), (3), (4) and (6) has been amended and has made changes in ‘Applicability of Cost Records’ to various Industry/Sector/Product/Services, which shall came into effect from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
