MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. 470(E) on Tuesday, 16th May, 2017 notified Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2017 which shall come into force with effect from 20th May, 2017.
Vide said notification in Rule 37 after sub-rule (1), sub-rule (1A) has been inserted wherein detailed conditions has been prescribed for the application in Form 24LLP for striking off name of the LLP and also Form 24LLP has been amended.
