MCA vide Notification No. S.O. 4167(E) on Monday, 26th December, 2016 notified provisions of Sections 248 to 252 of the Companies Act, 2013 regarding Power of Registrar to remove name of the company from register of Companies, related restrictions, effect of company notified as dissolved, effect of fraudulent application & appeal to Tribunal for the same, which shall come into force w.e.f. 26th December, 2016.
