MCA vide Notification No- G.S.R 390(E) dated 30.05.2019 has made further Amendment to Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 which pertains to Activities which may be included by companies in their Corporate Social Responsibility Policies Activities wherein; after item no- (xi) and the entries relating thereto, the following items and entries shall be inserted:

“(xii) disaster management, including relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction activities”.
