MCA vide Notification No- G.S.R. 574 (E) on Friday, 16th August, 2019 has issued Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Amendment Rules, 2019 to amend the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014 wherein; various amendments have been made under the following rules:
- Rule 4 – Equity Shares With Differential Rights
- Rule 5 – Certificate of Shares
- Rule 12 – Issue of Employee Stock Options
- Rule 18 – Debentures.
