MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. 603(E) on Wednesday, 28th August, 2019 has issued the Companies (Incorporation) Seventh Amendment Rules, 2019 to further amend the annexure to the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 wherein; forms RD-l and RD GNLS shall be substituted.
