MCA vide Notification No. GSR.777(E) issued Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Amendment Rules, 2019 to further amend The Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014 wherein:-

• In sub-rule (2) of Rule 11, for the words “business of financing of companies”, the words “business of financing industrial enterprises” is substituted.
