MCA vide Notification no. S.O. ___(E) on Friday, 3rd November, 2017 designated the Additional court of City civil court, Chennai as special court for the purpose of providing speedy trial of offences punishable under the Companies Act, 2013 in terms of Section 435 of the Act.
