MCA vide its Notice has invited comments/suggestions on the proposed amendments under the Companies Act, 2013 enclosed in the Annexure to such Notice as the MCA noted that certain other amendments of urgent nature would be required to strengthen the corporate governance & enforcement framework.

List of Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 proposed to be amended:
