MCA Notification No-S.O. 180(E) on Wednesday 6th March, 2019 has issued Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2019 to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, wherein;
- in clause (a), sub-rule (5) of rule 30, for the words “with the widest circulation”, the words “with wide circulation” shall be substituted.
- in the second proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule (38), for the words “equal to rupees ten lakhs” the words “equal to rupees fifteen lakhs” shall be substituted, with effect from 18.03.2019.
