MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R.430(E) on Monday 7th May, 2018 notified the Companies (prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of securities) Rules, 2014 wherein the rule 3, rule 4, rule 5 and rule 6 shall be omitted.
