MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. 434(E)  on Monday 7^th May, 2018  notified the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) 2^nd Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014 wherein, in Rule 5, Sub-rule(3) shall be substituted.
