MCA Vide Notification No. G.S.R._875(E) dated 12.09.2018 has issued Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 wherein;
- In Rule 6,
- for the heading ‘application to the Central Government’ the heading ‘Parameters for consideration of remuneration’ shall be substituted.
- the words ‘Central Government shall be omitted .
- In Rule 7, sub-rule (2) shall be omitted.
- Form No.MR-2 shall be substituted.
